So last week as it was a PA that I work with last day at our site, I wanted to bake for her. She likes chocolate and cupcakes so I decided why not put the two together. Found a wonderful recipe called ultimate chocolate cupcakes from the blog I like to follow called brown eyed baker.

It is chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache filling with chocolate frosting on top.

Then this week Ioanna my site manager is leaving for a better opportunity elsewhere so I decided to bake apple cupcakes with cinnamon cream cheese frosting. I baked them today to bring them in Wednesday her last day.
