Salmon and Asparagus in Foil Meal Prep

Like I promised my next week of meal prep using a low calorie recipe I found. This recipe calls for using an oven but I used my instant pot with the pressure cook setting on low for 22minutes. It came out so good. Simple but has all the ingredients I like.

Ingredients: salmon skinless fillet, asparagus, dill, olive oil, salt and pepper, lemon slices and garlic.

Before going into the pot. Cooked in two batches totaling 7 servings. 412 calories per serving.

After done cooking and below one serving on a plate.
