This past Sunday, I had planned a lunch date with my mom. I was craving some korean blood sausage soup so we went to the restaurant that specializes in blood sausages as their restaurant name has ‘soondae’ (korean blood sausage) in it. The name is Byungchun Soondae. It was amazing and very filling. It satisfied my craving. The broth was rich and when cracked black pepper and the spicy red sauce was added into the soup, it was the perfect marriage of flavors having the perfect kick to an otherwise really rich and a little gamy broth. Overall would come back here when I am craving some good old traditional korean soondae gookbap!
