After making kimbap today for my boyfriend’s lunch I of course had left overs which was in a way planned to make two other dishes utilizing the left overs for the next two days he has work.
One way is kimbap jeon which you can refer to the recipe from this link: https://sunnysideup3718.com/2021/01/26/korean-kimbap-jeon-and-korean-sweet-pink-sausage-stir-fry/
The second way which I want to introduce today is fried rice. Put oil into a frying pan and add in the kimbap break it up. You can choose to add a bit more vegetables or other ingredients you like in a fried rice. I added about 2 more beaten eggs (half left from making the kimbap jeon) and half of a spam ham can I had left over from before. Add in 1.5 tbsp of korean oyster sauce and 2 tbsp of sesame oil. Cook together and you are done! ^^ enjoy!
